There was a public meeting held to discuss the 2022 Capital Fund Five-Year Plan on January 10th at 2:00. This meeting was open to the public at the BHA Administration Building, 1007 N. Summit Street, Bloomington, IN. There was a public notice listing this address and a GoTo Meeting link, distributed through the resident newsletter (the BHA Banner) and posted in the local newspaper, the Herald-Times, for two weeks.

- These plans were shared and discussed with the resident council.

Residents and the general public are encouraged to submit comments to the attention of Rhonda Moore at rmoore@blha.net at any time. BHA applies for various grants that may accommodate the requests of residents, the needs of the agency, or new improvements. Past requests have led to the installation of two playgrounds, installation of central air conditioning in all Public Housing apartments, installation of an information kiosk, installation of the patio roof behind the resident community building located at 1002 N. Summit Street, installation of benches, trash cans, picnic tables, pet waste stations, and many more upgrades utilized by residents and the general public.
BHA also encourages residents to immediately report any hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Coordinator, Mike Bolton, at mbolton@blha.net or submit a report at the front desk of the office.
