Bloomington Housing Authority will be closing the Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list on Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. 

Applications will continue to be accepted for families which qualify for the Victims of Domestic Violence preference.  Applications must be accompanied with a statement of referral from a qualified victim service provider which currently helps to address incidents of domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking in order to be accepted.  The provider must state that he or she believes that the incidents of abuse are real.  The provider and applicant family must both sign the referral statement and state in writing you are signing “under penalty of perjury.”
