Public Notice: PHA Significant Amendments to our PHA Annual Plan and Capital Fund Plans

In preparation to convert Public Housing to the HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) the Bloomington Housing Authority  will be making significant amendments to our PHA and Capital Fund Plans.

Notice is hereby given that the Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA) 2018 Capital Fund Program Revision #1, 2015-19 PHA Plan Significant Amendments and the 2019-2023 Capital Fund Program 5-year plan will be ready for review on December 19, 2018 online at www.BHAIndiana.net or at the BHA administration building.

There will be a the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) meeting to review these plans at 3:00 on December 19, 2018,  at the Community Building located at 1002 N. Summit Street, Bloomington, IN. The All BHA residents are encouraged to join the RAB or just attend the meetings and give your comments on these plans.

There will be a public meeting to review these plans on January 18, 2019 at 2:00 at the Bloomington Housing Authority Administration Building, 1007. N. Summit Street, Bloomington, IN.

These plans will be presented for approval at the BHA Board of Commissioners meeting at 8:00 am on February 21, 2019 at the BHA Administration Building.

You may submit written comments before 2:00 on February 18, 2019 at the BHA administration building, 1007 N. Summit Street, Bloomington, IN, or email to the attention of Rhonda Moore at rmoore@blha.net.
