The Bloomington Housing Authority Resident Council (BHARC) welcomes all Public Housing residents! This open meeting is organized so Public Housing residents can get involved in the local community and voice what changes they want to see made in their neighborhoods. Meetings are held every 3rd Wednesday of the Month at 3:00pm in the Community Building.
