A draft of the BHA 2027 Annual Plan and Administrative Plan is now ready for review online or by email request to admin@blha.net. There will be a public meeting to review these plans on December 3rd, at 9:00 am at the Smith Center, 1002 N. Summit St, Bloomington, IN 47404. A Resident Advisory Board (RAB) meeting will take place November 3rd, 9:00 am at the Smith Center and is open to RAD tenants and Section 8 voucher holders. You may submit written comments before November 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Email comments to admin@blha.net. Comments and responses will be posted to our website no later than December 2nd, 2026 at 9:00 am.
