A meeting will be held on Thursday, September 30th at 2:00 PM to discuss the Crestmont Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD) application and financing plan submission. The meeting will take place at 2:00PM in the outdoor patio area of the Community Building prior to the monthly non-food pantry distribution.
For any resident that cannot make the September 30th meeting, please know that subsequent meetings will take place in October regarding the Crestmont RAD project, and there will be more information in the October BHA Banner. Residents will have a chance to learn more about the renovation scope of work and timing, relocation phasing and view architectural plans of the modernized units.
