Bloomington Housing Authority would like to thank Elaine Amerson for her incredible leadership over the last eight years. She has led the BHA Board of Commissioners with determination and grace through some of the BHA’s most challenging times, and has now retired from the position of Board Chair. She will remain a model of excellent board leadership going forward and will be dearly missed.
