The Bloomington Housing Authority is looking for a Maintenance Technician I: Grounds Assistant to help keep our communities clean, attractive, safe, and welcoming for the people who call them home. This is an entry-level, hands-on position that is primarily focused on groundskeeping and landscaping, with opportunities to develop additional maintenance skills along the way. Working alongside our Grounds Lead and maintenance team, you’ll spend your days making a visible difference – from keeping lawns and landscaped areas looking great to helping prepare homes for new residents.
