BHA Affordable Housing (RAD Housing)

Affordable Housing program title

About the RAD Housing Program

We are proud to provide safe, quality and affordable apartments for income-eligible individuals and families. Bloomington Housing Authority’s affordable housing program consists of 320 units (ranging in size from 1-5 bedrooms) across 3 distinct apartment communities: Crestmont, Reverend Butler, and Walnut Woods. Our apartments are section-8 based units, meaning that households that live in them are supported by a housing subsidy funded by HUD.
