Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA) Board of Commissioners will meet for their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 at 8:30am in the Smith Community Center located at 1002 N. Summit St., Bloomington, IN 47404. Public comment on the BHA Annual Plan and Administrative Plan will be taken in person or virtually during this meeting at 9:00am.
