BHA welcomes public comment on the proposed changes to its TENANT SELECTION PLAN from April 21, 2026 to May 21, 2026. Please click the links below to review the proposed RAD I and RAD II Tenant Selection Plans. A complete copy of the proposed TENANT SELECTION PLAN can also be viewed at the Housing Authority’s main office (1007 N Summit St., Bloomington, IN 47404) Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The plan will be presented to the Bloomington Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for approval at their regularly scheduled meeting on May 26, 2026.
