PUBLIC NOTICE
The Bloomington Housing Authority is making available changes to the Standard Charge list for public review for the following 30 days. The proposed changes are included in the attached pages. The Standard Charge list can also be reviewed online at the BHA website (www.bhaindiana.net) or at the Main Office located at 1007 North Summit Street.
Comments must be made in writing and submitted to Janice Price, Property Manager, by April 30, 2024. Comments can be mailed to:

Standard Charge List (current)
Labor charge– A $26.00 per hour (with a one hour minimum) and $6.50 for each additional fifteen (15) minutes or any part thereof.
Contract Labor –The Resident will be charged the full amount charged by contractor (if tenant caused).
Material Charge–The Resident will be charged the current cost of materials including shipping/handling charges.
