The draft 2018 Capital Fund Plan is available for review. Comments can be directed to Rhonda Moore at rmoore@blha.net or 812-339-3491 ext 135. Residents can also comment at the February 21st Resident Council meeting.
Some of the past capital funding projects completed as a result of resident input are the community building renovation, addition of the patio roof, installation of central air-conditioning in all units, and the list goes on. These are all projects requested at the annual resident and public meetings.
