Bloomington Housing Authority will be closing the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list Friday, May 29th at 4 p.m. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply prior to the deadline at www.bhaindiana.net. Any person is eligible to apply for HCV Program, even those with criminal background history. There are no restrictions on who can apply.
