The regularly scheduled March 19, 2020 Board of Commissioner meeting begins at 8am. Given Indiana Gov Holcomb’s recent Executive Order, the BHA is encouraging participation via conference call. Any members wishing to participate via conference call should contact the Executive Director, Amber Skoby, at askoby@blha.net or by phone at 812-545-7047. The BHA Community Room at 1007 N Summit will also be open and accessible to the public is they choose to attend in person.
