PUBLIC NOTICE: Significant Amendment to 2019 (FY2020) PHA Annual Plan and 5 Year Plan

In preparation to convert Public Housing to the HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and pursue a special application for Section 18, the Bloomington Housing Authority will be making significant amendments to our 2019 (FY2020) Annual PHA and Capital Fund Plans.

Notice is hereby given that the Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA) PHA Plan Significant Amendments will be ready for review on July 5, 2019 online at or at the BHA administration building front desk during regular business hours.

There will be a the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) meeting to review these plans at 2:00pm on July 25, 2019  at the Community Building located at 1002 N. Summit Street, Bloomington, IN. The All BHA residents are encouraged to join the RAB or just attend the meetings and give your comments on these plans.

There will be a public meeting to review these plans on August 29, 2019 at 2:00pm at the Bloomington Housing Authority Administration Building, 1007. N. Summit Street, Bloomington, IN.

These plans will be presented for approval at the BHA Board of Commissioners meeting at 8:00 am on September 19, 2019 at the BHA Administration Building.
