A draft of the BHA 2026 Annual Plan and Administrative Plan is now ready for review online or by email request to admin@blha.net. There will be a public meeting to review these plans on September 23, 2025 at 9:00 am, and a Resident Advisory Board (RAB) meeting for RAD tenants and Section 8 voucher holders on August 22nd, 2025, 11:00 am. Both meetings will be held at the Smith Center 1002 N. Summit St, Bloomington, IN 47404. You may submit written comments to admin@blha.net before September 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Comments and responses will be posted to our website no later than October 3, 2025 at 9:00 am.
